Combination image as an attribute switcher on product page

I would like to ask you if its possible to use this module to change thumbnails on "single product page"..?
We have imported a few thousands of products and I am trying to solve the problem with missing color swatches/thumbnails.

Module can be attached to product page and switch the main product pictures, 

you can see it here: 

(it does it both in prestashop 1.6 and 1.7)
